After a couple of bloody mary’s yesterday (mmm… liquid brunch) I took a brief nap on the couch. Nice, relaxing day. I needed that. Too many days of tension headaches in a row was pretty icky. A real day off yesterday helped a lot, though.
Stress destroys my libido, but the relax and recharge helped me remember that I actually have one. It was, in many ways, old married people sex. But there are days when old married people sex is just what’s needed. Last night was one of those. He’s been coding heavily recently and that often makes it hard for him to sleep. We started with watching some Firefly. We just got the first DVD through Netflix and have been watching it the last couple days. I can see why people really got into it. It’s quite well done and different. Anyway, after Firefly I gave him a backrub.
I do love the opportunity to touch him all over. It’s one I don’t take nearly enough. His skin under my hands. Feeling him react to me, relaxing and tensing. mmmmmm.
After a while, I have no idea how long, he rolled over and displayed for me how much he enjoyed me touching him. I like that. A lot. So difficult to keep my fingers off him. Fingers, lips, tongue, mouth.
Then time really stopped and It Was Good.
